We make every effort to carry the highest quality merchandise at the best prices around. However, we understand that sometimes there may be a problem.  To make your shopping experience as trouble free as possible we offer a seven-day money back or return exchange policy.

If for any reason the product is defective or if you are not completely satisfied, within 15 days,  e-mail us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct address to return the product.  As soon as we receive the returned product, we will send a replacement product or issue a credit to your account (excluding shipping and handling charges).

No returns will be accepted without the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the box. The RMA will be valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

Returns must be in the original box and non-defective products must be in new condition.  The package must be returned by prepaid UPS or by insured prepaid US Mail.
