Special Deliver options for those living in Salina, KS

Since we are based out of Salina, KS, I feel it is my duty to "hook up" my local skaters. Therefore, shipping charges are FREE if you live in the city limits of Salina, KS.  Of course this means that I will personally deliver your shipment, or you always have the option of picking it up. All orders will still need to be paid in full before delivery, and the normal expected delivery times are in effect.

Expected Delivery

We attempt to have every item in our store in stock.  Our policy is to ship your merchandise within 72 hours (including weekends) of receipt of your order.  All Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground and varies from 2-5 business days for all shipments to the continental US.  Alaska and Hawaii times could be longer. If the item(s) you have ordered are temporarily out of stock (rarely happen, we hope) we will either fill the order as soon as possible, or give you the option to cancel or modify the order.  In a nutshell, you should receive your order between 7-10 days after you place it. Here is a run down on the shipping charges.  Rates will be calculated based on the subtotal of your total order.

International (Non-USA) Customers

The international shipping charges are figured on a case by case basis.  Please contact us if you would like to have something  shipped internationally.  The actual charges vary depending upon the weight of the package, country of destination and the shipping method selected.  International orders have the option of selecting either Economy (usually 4-6 week delivery) or Airmail Parcel Post (usually 4-7 day delivery) with Airmail being the most expensive.   Unfortunately the Airmail delivery time can occasionally (usually around Christmas) take a little longer than projected because of the delivery country's import customs office backlogs.
